What is Car Coating?
Car coating is a protective layer applied over the car’s paint to safeguard it from dust, dirt, UV rays, water spots, chemical stains, and light scratches. Unlike waxing or polishing, car coatings are semi-permanent to permanent solutions that bond with the paint on a molecular level.
Types of Car Coatings

1. Ceramic Coating
Made from: Silicon dioxide (SiO2)
Features: Water-repellent, high-gloss finish, UV and chemical resistance.
Durability: 2 to 5 years (depending on product and maintenance)
Best for: Daily drivers and premium cars.
2. Graphene Coating
Made from: Graphene oxide
Features: Stronger than ceramic, better heat resistance, less prone to water spots.
Durability: 3 to 7 years
Best for: Those living in humid or hot climates.

3. Teflon Coating (PTFE)
Made from: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
Features: Basic protection, smoother finish, temporary shine.
Durability: 6 to 8 months
Best for: Budget-conscious users seeking short-term results.
4. Paint Protection Film (PPF)
Made from: Thermoplastic urethane
Features: Offers physical protection against chips, scratches, and road debris.
Durability: 5 to 10 years
Best for: all cars and off-road vehicles.

Please Note
- The warranty is brand-specific and claim decisions rest solely with the product manufacturer.
- Given Indian conditions, minor dust specs may appear but we maintain only industry-accepted quality standards.
- PPF is a 2D film applied over 3D surfaces—minor stretch marks or joints may occur at complex curves or corners.
- Self-healing applies only to light swirl marks; deeper scratches may not heal but the paint stays protected.
- Over time, all PPF films age—minor yellowing is natural, but we use only high-grade films that resist rapid discoloration.
- On repainted panels, the strong adhesive may cause issues upon removal. Hence, warranties do not apply on non-original paint.
- Complex panels may require strategic joints for precision coverage—we minimize this but apply them only when essential.
Car Coating Application Process

1. Inspection & Prep
- Thorough wash
- Claying to remove bonded contaminants
- Paint correction (buffing/polishing)
2. Application
- Coating is applied using an applicator pad
- Wait for flash time (coating to bond)
- Buff off the residue with microfiber cloth

3. Curing
- Let the coating cure for 24-48 hours
- Avoid water contact for the first 48 hours
Post-Coating Care & Maintenance
- Wash your car every 1-2 weeks with a pH-neutral shampoo.
- Avoid automatic car washes with brushes.
- Use microfiber cloths for drying.
- Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
- Top-up coatings (like ceramic spray sealants) can be used every few months.
